Returns, Exchanges & Fraud Prevention

All purchases are subject to our official store policies:

  • Returns & Exchanges: Items must be returned within 7 days in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached.
  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To prevent fraudulent claims regarding missing, damaged, or defective items, customers must provide an unedited, continuous unboxing video filmed at the time of delivery. Claims submitted without valid video proof may be rejected.
  • Tag-less Items: Returned items missing original nostrech tags will not be accepted unless noted in the unboxing video.
